About The Position

Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine (THSM) is seeking a full-time Patient Greeter to join their growing team. THSM, in partnership with Atlantic Health Systems, focuses on providing a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, offering services such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Physical Medicine. The company aims to alleviate and prevent patient pain, achieving a high satisfaction rate. Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced office with large patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Assist with the flow of the office by routing patients throughout services.
• Pull travel cards and organize paperwork.
• Clean and maintain a safe working environment.
• Be knowledgeable of services provided.
• Attend internal and external company marketing events.
• Attend company trainings.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Handle a fast-paced office with large patient volume.
