Lingo is redefining how people understand and engage with their own health — and we're looking for a Head of Copy who can match that ambition with world-class creative work. This is a leadership role for a creative who has built their foundation in copy and storytelling, and who brings the strategic depth to shape not just how we say things, but what we stand for and why it matters. You'll partner closely with a Senior Visual Designer who owns the aesthetic craft, so your focus is squarely on the thinking, the words, and the strategy behind it all. You'll lead the creative vision across brand, campaigns, and content — and you'll be the connective tissue between business goals and breakthrough ideas. This role reports directly to Director of Brand and Creative and sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative leadership, and narrative development.
