About The Position
The Patient Flow Liaison serves as the full-time liaison for the emergency room unit. The primary responsibility is to enhance the patient experience by facilitating high-quality patient care through timely communication of updates, efficient coordination of care, and patient follow-up as needed. The liaison works directly with the charge nurse and unit director to prioritize responsibilities, then coordinates with the multidisciplinary patient care team to address patient needs.
Requirements
- Two years of equivalent experience.
- Computer experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
