The Patient Experience Coordinator: Provides coaching and support to ensure effective and successful patient experiences and improve patient satisfaction. Listens to patients and their families to ensure needs are being addressed. Access and document in clinical record as appropriate. Act as a liaison between the patient and healthcare personnel. Provides just in time communication to patients, families and colleagues related to the patient experience. Provides ongoing and new employee education related to HCAPS and Patient Experience Initiatives. Works closely with the CNO and CAO to plan, implement and facilitate the work activities related to an excellent patient experience. We are looking for an individual with acute care patient advocate experience to fill this position.
