About The Position

Advanced Dental Care of Austin is a well-established family dental practice in Northwest Austin seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator. This role is more than a typical front desk job and is ideal for someone who loves helping people, creating great experiences, staying organized under pressure, taking initiative, and is coachable, reliable, and team-oriented. Requirements

Dental front office experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
Ability to answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries empathetically, promptly and professionally.
Ability to greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
Ability to convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments.
Ability to schedule according to office templates and provider goals.
Ability to verify all pertinent patient information and record accurately.
Ability to complete assigned administrative follow-up tasks on time.
Ability to engage in teamwork and communication with everyone to enhance patient experiences.
Must be coachable and systems oriented.
