About The Position

The Patient Experience Coordinator is a patient-facing member of a fast-paced chiropractic clinic team. The role supports patients throughout their clinic visits, from check-in to check-out, and helps create a positive, healing environment. The coordinator also supports day-to-day clinic operations and learns hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid onboarding, training, and ongoing education. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and progress toward leadership, clinical training, or patient care roles.

Responsibilities

Greet, support, and encourage patients from check-in to check-out.
Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from chiropractors.
Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans.
Schedule appointments, update records, manage clinic flow, and support clinic events.
Collaborate with the clinic team to create a positive, healing environment.
Support compliance with company policies and standards, patient privacy and confidentiality, ethical conduct, and applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
