About The Position

Under supervision, the Patient Experience Associate performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures. This role is based in the Patient Experience department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, with a primary day shift and 40 regular scheduled weekly hours. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Experience with scheduling
  • Current driver's license
