About The Position

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, the Patient Experience Partner acts as the liaison between patients and the Hospital. This role serves as the patient’s primary point of contact for all customer relations and administrative issues. The Patient Experience Partner ensures that patients receive the care they need and that they understand their medical condition, medications, and other instructions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-4 years' experience working in a patient/customer relations role in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Must be able to represent the Customer Relations Department
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial
  • Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure
  • Excellent judgment needed
