Patient Enrollment Specialist - Health & Wellness Sales

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates•Portsmouth, NH
•$75,000 - $95,000•Remote

About The Position

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is hiring a remote, US-based Patient Enrollment Specialist to connect with prospective patients and turn their interest into qualified Discovery Visits. The role is centered on consultative phone sales: listening to prospective patients’ concerns, goals, prior care experiences, readiness, and ability to invest, then explaining the practice’s approach and financial commitment so they can make an informed decision. The position does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or sell care plans; clinicians handle those decisions. The specialist works with leads who have expressed interest in the practice, including new inquiries and older leads. They are responsible for preparing patients for Discovery Visits, setting clear expectations about the process and costs, confirming appointments, and following up until there is a clear decision or agreed next step. The Comprehensive Evaluation costs $395, and typical care plans range from $5,000 to $7,000. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in the United States and available during Eastern Time business hours. The Monday–Friday schedule varies by day, with shifts ranging from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. to 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Eastern Time. The role is salary-based and measured on outcomes, with an expectation to flex the schedule to meet lead needs when applicable. Compensation includes a $60,000 base salary and uncapped monthly performance bonuses, with stated on-target earnings of $75,000–$95,000+ annually. Success is measured by activity, qualified Discovery Visits booked, attendance, patient progression to a Paid Evaluation, and follow-up quality. Within 90 days, targets include booking 40 or more qualified Discovery Visits per month, achieving an 85% or higher show rate, and having 70% or more of attended Discovery Visits move forward to a Paid Evaluation. The specialist participates in weekly coaching and call reviews and is expected to use feedback to improve performance.
