About The Position

MakoRx is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide patients through our medication program enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for the patients. This is a fast-paced, call heavy position requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients. As part of a growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to progress in your position as our team and program volume increases.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a call center environment.
Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Experience working with CRM platforms, patient management systems, or scheduling software.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
Microsoft Excel experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, or patient support experience.
Experience coordinating patient care or medication enrollment programs.
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through the enrollment process from initial intake through medication delivery.
Conduct daily outbound patient calls.
Respond to inbound calls.
Complete patient enrollments and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up as needed.
Document all patient interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
Work closely with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure timely enrollment and medication fulfillment.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clients.
Participate in occasional client-facing meetings and communications.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
