As a concierge practice, we are dedicated to delivering personalized experiences for the youngest of pediatric dental patients to adults ready to start their orthodontic journey! Our team is committed to creating beautiful smiles and providing top-notch service. As the “Patient Relations” Coordinator at “APDO”, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be vital in upholding our reputation for high-end orthodontic and dental care.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Assist patients with check-in, gather necessary paperwork, and verify insurance information accurately.
- Maintain a calm and friendly presence, helping patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including scanning documents, updating records, and preparing patient files for the following day.
- Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and presentable to enhance the patient experience.
- Manage patient flow throughout the day.
- Adapt to any unique needs or requests to accommodate patients and families, providing flexibility and understanding.
- Provide basic information to patients and families about the dental visit process, addressing questions about routine treatments and procedures.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, providing a positive resolution experience with empathy and professionalism.
