About The Position

Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Relations Greeter to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring each visit starts with a smile. The Patient Relations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Assist patients with check-in, gather necessary paperwork, and verify insurance information accurately.
  • Maintain a calm and friendly presence, helping patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including scanning documents, updating records, and preparing patient files for the following day.
  • Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and presentable to enhance the patient experience.
  • Manage patient flow throughout the day.
  • Adapt to any unique needs or requests to accommodate patients and families, providing flexibility and understanding.
  • Provide basic information to patients and families about the dental visit process, addressing questions about routine treatments and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, providing a positive resolution experience with empathy and professionalism.
