About The Position

Schweiger is a leading dermatology practice with a significant national presence, seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for its Boca Raton West Office. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for all front office duties, providing essential support to patients, providers, and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the practice's high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
• Must be a professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Prior experience working in a dermatology/medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute all front office duties and provide support to patients, providers, and support staff.
• Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion, ensuring a positive caller experience.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients and respective provider(s).
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate provider’s next steps.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
