Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication.
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
