About The Position

Inland Lactation and Inland Maternity Center is a busy, mission-driven practice supporting new parents through one of the most tender chapters of their lives. We're looking for a warm, organized, and steady Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our front desk and the operational backbone that keeps our clinic running smoothly. This role involves working with crying newborns, and emotional, hormonal, sometimes overwhelmed parents. Some appointments are joyful. Some are heartbreaking. The Patient Coordinator may need to comfort a mom who's just been told her supply is dropping while answering a ringing phone and checking in another patient at the same time. This environment is described as meaningful and energizing for the right candidate.

  • Help providers stay on time.
  • Keep an eye on patient messages to ensure providers are responding within expected timeframes.
