About The Position
The Patient Care Technician is a multi-skilled individual who performs technical and clinical tasks and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, as delegated in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing. The technician identifies abnormal findings based on established standards and guidelines and reports them to the Registered Nurse. This position is based at Atrium Medical Center. Candidates must currently be enrolled in high school and hold a valid STNA license.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in high school.
- Must have a current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license.
- Must be over age 16.
- Must work within applicable state and federal minor labor and wage-and-hour limitations.
- Current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer BLS/Responder certification is required before completing orientation.
Responsibilities
