About The Position
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports nurses in a fast-paced, same-day care environment by providing hands-on, compassionate patient care. The role includes assisting with hygiene, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and comfort care to help patients move efficiently through their care experience. It offers variety, flexibility, and meaningful patient interaction in a dynamic orthopedic and neurological setting. The position is based at Gateway Hospital Campus and floats to Midtown and Henderson. The schedule is PRN, with 10-hour shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every other weekend.
Requirements
- Obtain Health Care Provider Basic Life Support certification within six months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
