Patient Care Technician (Float)
About The Position
The Patient Care Technician (Float) works at UW Health Swedish American, 1401 E State St. The position is scheduled at 90% FTE for three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Must be listed as active and eligible in the Illinois Registry for CNA.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant, completion of a fundamentals of nursing course with registration on the Illinois Department of Health Registry, or completion of RN or LPN training in another country; completion of EKG is required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
