Working alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals, you'll provide hands-on support that directly impacts patient comfort, recovery, and overall experience.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within six months of hire
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with daily personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changes
- Supporting patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning to promote safety and recovery
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and other important patient information
- Accurately recording observations in patient charts to support quality care
- Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and families throughout their healthcare journey
