About The Position

The Patient Care Tech (PCT) assists professional nursing staff and physicians with providing emergency treatment to patients of all ages. The role documents care delivered accurately and promptly in the electronic health record. It is a patient care support role focused on providing essential assistance and comfort to patients and helping ensure a positive healthcare experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent human relations and oral and written communication skills.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• CPI certification required within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
• Completed CNA course.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• EKG experience.
