About The Position

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Patient Care Tech to support its Medical-Surgical Unit. The role provides essential assistance and comfort to patients during their recovery, helping them feel safe, supported, and comfortable. The Patient Care Tech works with nursing staff, RNs, and supervisors to support patient care and maintain a clean care environment. The position is listed as full time on the night shift. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available based on eligibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or a CNA, PCA, or PCT certificate.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in an acute care setting.
• CNA/LNA certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing staff in delivering patient care.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, vital signs, bed changes, and mobility.
• Serve meals, offer nourishment, and help maintain a clean environment.
• Prepare and care for medical equipment and supplies.
• Work closely with RNs and supervisors under their guidance.
