About The Position

Eye Care Group of Southern Oregon is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator for a customer-facing role in Grants Pass. The coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting them throughout their visit. The position is part-time, scheduled for 30 hours per week, tentatively Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The employer is willing to train the right candidate and describes opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with patients professionally and courteously.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with scheduling and inquiries by phone.
• Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage front desk tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Support smooth patient flow through effective time management and multitasking.
