About The Position

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Dreem Health, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the patient experience from start to finish. You’ll support healthcare providers and answer patient inquiries, own key aspects of service delivery, drive improvements based on patient feedback, and help create the operational foundation for a growing digital sleep clinic. The role offers the opportunity to work in a tech-enabled care environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to more accessible sleep health care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a patient- or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare database systems.
• Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and external partners.
• Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME).
• Genuine commitment to high-quality patient care and improving access and patient outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and referral processes.
• High empathy and understanding of patients’ needs, with a commitment to exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
