Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in customer service
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assistance for patients with high copays or financial constraints
- Process applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs
- Maintain frequent communication with physicians, patients, and pharmacy staff
- Educate and guide on program eligibility and application requirements
- Accurately document and track each case using the CPR+ platform
