About The Position

The Patient Admissions Representative is responsible for completing patient registrations accurately and in a timely manner while meeting payor requirements. The role manages telephone calls and communicates information appropriately with patients, physicians, and staff. The position is based at 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Computer and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience, or completion of a health business program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance processing.
