In this role as a Patient Account Rep II, you will be responsible for: Resolving regulatory and commercial accounts. Facilitating the analysis and research of EOB’s to problem solve outstanding accounts. Analyze credit balances and issues refunds as necessary. Remote position available for Colorado residents only. Three month on-site training required at the Mineral office location (Centennial). Once training completed and expectations met, the option of working from home or on-site available. Training schedule 7-3:30 Mon-Fri

Requirements

  • 2 years computer experience
  • strong customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office experience in a healthcare environment
  • medical terminology
  • the ability to multitask and prioritize
