About The Position

Manage and optimize the allocation of hospital beds to support efficient patient flow, maximize bed utilization, and facilitate timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. Maintain real-time bed availability information, coordinate bed assignments, and communicate with various departments to streamline patient movement within the hospital. This is a PRN position with a variable, as-needed schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of medical office or related experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital services preferred.
• Previous experience with medical insurance preferred.
