About The Position

We are seeking a Care Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily performance of our external vendor care coordination teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience supervising patient access, care coordination, call center, or healthcare operations teams in a high‑volume environment. This is a remote, non‑clinical leadership role focused on throughput, quality, accountability, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • Experienced supervisor with 2+ years leading teams in patient access, care coordination, call center operations, or healthcare administration
  • Comfortable managing high‑volume, metric‑driven environments
  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and enforcing accountability
  • Strong communicator who can work cross‑functionally with vendors, care managers, and internal teams
  • Tech‑savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Calm, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • High-speed broadband (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
  • Hard‑wired connection preferred for stability
  • Windows 10+ or macOS device with at least: 8GB RAM, Modern processor (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 or better), Updated Chrome browser
  • Noise‑canceling headset with clear microphone quality
  • Quiet, distraction‑free home office environment suitable for supervising teams and conducting video meetings
  • Comfort with platforms such as: Slack, Zoom, CRM or care management systems, QA dashboards or productivity tools
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Supervise vendor care coordination teams responsible for patient outreach, documentation, and care management tasks
  • Run daily huddles, set expectations, and ensure teams meet productivity and quality KPIs
  • Monitor real‑time performance dashboards and intervene when throughput drops
  • Manage attendance, adherence, and shift coverage for vendor staff
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CCM/RPM/BHI program requirements
  • Provide coaching and corrective action to improve quality and reduce errors
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to internal SOPs
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendor team leads
  • Escalate issues, resolve blockers, and maintain strong working relationships
  • Hold vendors accountable to SLAs, performance metrics, and workflow standards
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements
  • Partner with internal operations and clinical leadership to refine processes
  • Support onboarding and training for new vendor staff

Benefits

  • $65,000–$72,500 annually (based on experience)
