About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) provides an exceptional experience for patients and visitors in front-of-house, patient-facing interactions. The representative proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly experience. The role provides outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. This is an onsite position at Froedtert Health’s CP-Ortho, Sports & Spine Center facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The schedule is 35.2 standard hours per week: Monday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., Tuesday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and Friday 12:30–5 p.m.

Requirements

At least one year of experience as a receptionist or assistant, or in a customer service field.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong proactive organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare.
