About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) provides front-of-house, patient-facing support and helps create a positive, welcoming experience for patients and visitors. The role proactively greets patients and visitors and delivers outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. The PASR Float travels between multiple rehabilitation clinic locations to support operational business needs. This position is onsite at the CP-West Bend Health Center in West Bend, Wisconsin, and requires availability Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The position is 0.75 FTE, with 30 standard hours per week, on Shift 1.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in a customer service field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong proactive organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Availability Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Ability to float between multiple rehabilitation locations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare.
