About The Position

The Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. The role supports clinic operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate high-quality healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of 10-key.
• Ability to comprehend, retain, and apply information.
• Professional demeanor and excellent public relations skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to calm patients and deal with distressed or agitated patients.
