About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 12:30p – 11p and Saturday 10:30a – 8:30p week 1 and Sunday, 10:30a – 830p and Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 12:30p – 11p week 2. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Hospital to: Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills

Requirements

• No minimum education Required
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
