About The Position

Generis Tek is recruiting for a four-month contract Patient Access Associate III (Scheduler) role in Falls Church, Virginia. The position supports Patient Access leadership in promoting effective and efficient department operations and achieving revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front-line staff. The scheduler manages complex appointments for four high-volume, high-risk pregnancy clinics using the NICE computer-based system, EPIC, and Teams.

Requirements

• Two years of patient access experience.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Advanced communication and computer skills.
• A history of sound decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Experience as a scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Assist Patient Access leadership with department operations and revenue cycle goals.
