Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Pathology Supervisor, you will help laboratory personnel and clinical educators maintain compliance, quality standards, and high-quality education services so they can [achieve operational excellence and effective clinical outcomes. Every day you will [manage laboratory operations and oversee clinical education initiatives. You will be expected to [exercise authority over personnel decisions, establish effective scheduling, manage workflows, and develop staff. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership, technical and scientific oversight capabilities, and the ability to develop and implement policy and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical sciences, as defined by CLIA.
  • Minimum of five years at a moderate or high complexity laboratory.
  • MT or CLS or MLS certification required, ASCP or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Strong technical and scientific oversight capabilities.
