Under direction of the Executive Culinary Team, the Pastry Supervisor will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. This role involves directing, implementing, and maintaining a guest service and management philosophy, meeting with the Executive Culinary Team to review assignments and business levels, and ensuring strong pastry fundamentals including knowledge of bread baking and advanced pastry techniques. The supervisor must maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain positive guest relations. They will provide efficient service and quality products, ensure equipment is in proper operational condition, and exhibit leadership for all direct reports through consistent communication, commendations, and disciplinary action. Other related duties may be required.
