About The Position

We are looking for a Pastry Supervisor to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Pastry Supervisor, you will oversee daily pastry production, supervise and support pastry staff during game days and special events, and ensure all baked goods meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all events.
• Supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
