About The Position

We are looking for a Fulltime Merchandise Supervisor to join our team. As a Merchandise Supervisor, you will assist in all merchandise operations and fulfill company goals and objectives with an emphasis on customer service. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English
  • Ability to carry items weighing up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained throughout Highmark Stadium to support operational needs.
  • Supervise assigned staff by providing leadership, conducting performance evaluations, addressing disciplinary matters, and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
  • Enforce and monitor strict cash-handling procedures to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance at all times.
  • Set, communicate, and track employee performance goals; provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience at Highmark Stadium.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and product displays, ensuring concession stands are set up to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service while proactively identifying and addressing guest needs and concerns.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned to support stadium operations and business objectives.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
