The Pastry Supervisor is responsible for baking various desserts for our kitchen. This position is critical in maintaining the quality and consistency of product that is served in our establishment. Some of the duties include following recipes to create pastries, cookies and other baked goods, developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu and keeping stock of the kitchen’s inventory.
