Party Coordinator
About The Position
The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. We are passionate about winning and love to celebrate success - you work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team to drive financial results in your store to new heights! Safety first. You work in a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment! And, because we expect you to "Act like you own it," your job includes everything listed above PLUS the ever-popular "other duties as assigned." Requirements
- Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Family Entertainment scene.
- Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Love talking to and selling value-add to customers.
- Ability to beat goals.
- Ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly.
- Ability to represent Urban Air with FUN and ENERGY.
- Ability to sell party packages and follow up with guests.
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team.
- Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
- Ability to address needs, share ideas, and assist team members.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air.
- Work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for various events.
- Respond to all leads in a timely fashion – same to next business day.
- Book sales three (3) months in advance.
- Ensure the customer experience is EXCELLENT.
- Resolve conflict quickly and fairly.
- Sell the FUN and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
- Strive for 100% "Guest Satisfaction".
- Build relationships through positive energy and a "You Got It" attitude to lead to repeat business and great referrals.
- Represent Urban Air with FUN and ENERGY when describing offerings to guests.
- Sell amazing party packages and follow up with guests to ensure expectations were exceeded.
- Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
- Maintain a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
- Address needs, share ideas, and assist team members as required.
