About The Position

The Party Coordinator at Urban Air is a pivotal role responsible for the complete management of the birthday party department. This individual acts as the primary contact for guests, guiding them through the process of customizing food, beverages, and attractions for a diverse range of events, including birthday celebrations, church gatherings, sports team events, and corporate team-building activities. Key responsibilities also include the training of party staff and the overall management of birthday operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced family entertainment setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for mentoring younger team members. The role demands a proactive attitude, a commitment to achieving goals, and an unwavering focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, including prompt and fair conflict resolution. The coordinator is expected to embody the fun and energetic spirit of Urban Air, actively promoting its offerings and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with the Leadership Team to enhance financial performance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment. The role also encompasses a willingness to take initiative and assist team members as needed.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability is a must
Ability to represent Urban Air with FUN and ENERGY when telling guests about offerings
Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week

Responsibilities

Managing the entire birthday party department
Serving as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air
Working with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group
Training party staff members
Managing the birthday operations
Making sure the party management system is being followed
Making sure we exceed mom's expectations
Striving for 100% "Guest Satisfaction"
Selling amazing party packages
Following up with the guests and seeing if expectations were exceeded
Working hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team to drive financial results
Working in a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment
Performing "other duties as assigned" including meeting needs, sharing ideas, and helping team members
