Automotive Partsperson
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Partsperson to join their team at Kendall Auto Mall of Fairbanks. The parts department serves technicians within the dealership, as well as clients and businesses in the community, by selling OEM and aftermarket parts. This role involves assisting customers, technicians, and local businesses with parts-related needs through in-person, phone, email, and internal messaging interactions. The position requires extensive computer use for electronic parts catalogs, online research, and using dealer management software for invoicing and ordering. Responsibilities also include pulling and putting away parts, maintaining displays, performing housekeeping, conducting inventory counts, and utilizing training to achieve certification.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good driving record.

- Customer service experience with a demonstrated history of tenure.

Responsibilities
