Parts Wholesale Salesperson – GM Experience Required
About The Position
Courtesy Chevrolet, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Salesperson with extensive General Motors (GM) dealership experience to join our growing team. As an authorized General Motors and Isuzu Truck Parts dealership, we are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can develop new wholesale accounts, strengthen existing customer relationships, and drive parts sales across both our GM and Isuzu Truck product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale parts sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the dealership parts business.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of wholesale parts sales experience with a General Motors dealership required.
- Proven success in developing and growing wholesale parts business.
- Extensive knowledge of GM Genuine Parts, accessories, and parts catalog systems.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, parts inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

- Established relationships within the automotive wholesale market preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, including independent repair facilities, collision centers, fleet accounts, and other dealerships.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and grow wholesale parts sales within the assigned territory.
- Provide expert recommendations on GM Genuine Parts and accessories.
- Prepare and process parts quotations, orders, and follow-up communications.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and coordinate with internal departments to provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on GM parts programs, promotions, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Utilize dealership software and CRM tools to manage customer accounts and sales activities.
