About The Position

Crown Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Wholesale Parts Salesperson to join its automotive parts sales team. The role is suited to someone with automotive parts experience, including at least one year in a dealership parts department. Salary is commensurate with experience.

The salesperson assists customers and supports parts department operations by answering telephone calls, accurately looking up, pricing, and ordering parts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and properly using and maintaining department equipment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a dealership parts department, with previous automotive dealership parts counter or advisor experience.
• Experience with automotive parts and awareness of the latest automotive technologies; persistent problem-solving ability.
• Friendly, people-oriented personality.
• Computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
