About The Position

Moss Marina is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join their team in Fort Myers Beach, FL. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of the service department, ensuring timely warranty reimbursement from manufacturers. The coordinator will manage warranty claims, track their status, order parts, receive and organize shipments, maintain inventory, and collaborate with service technicians.

Requirements

Experience in parts, inventory, or warranty administration (marine or automotive preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with computer systems
Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

LightSpeed experience
Knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, or MinnKota products

Responsibilities

Manage and submit all warranty claims for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota
Track warranty status and ensure timely follow-up and reimbursement
Order parts accurately and efficiently using the LightSpeed system
Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform quarterly physical inventories
Work closely with service technicians to ensure parts availability and job readiness
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
