About The Position

B Street Collision is hiring a Parts Specialist. The role is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming parts, matching replacement parts against old parts for accuracy and damage, ordering shop materials and additional parts, processing returns, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position requires consistent, punctual attendance and the ability to handle car parts weighing more than 50 pounds.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, with potential monthly bonuses. The company offers a full benefits package, paid time off, paid training, and potential growth within the company.

Requirements

• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Work at a motivated pace.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, quick-learning ability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Confirm incoming parts inventory in a timely manner.
• Mirror-match old parts to new parts to verify accuracy and ensure the new parts are undamaged.
• Order miscellaneous shop materials and additional parts when necessary.
• Manage returns and process them.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
