About The Position
Greenway is seeking a Parts Sales team member to help meet customer needs and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role supports sales and recording of products and services, merchandise displays, shipment receipt, parts ordering, inventory input, and warehouse stocking and maintenance. The position includes participation in job-related training and development.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
- Ability to put up stock orders.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in Parts Department operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sell and record products and/or services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Verify receipt of shipments.
- Assist with placing Machine Down orders and provide input to the inventory analyst on stock orders.
- Participate in job-related training and development.
- Maintain the parts warehouse, including stocking parts.
