About The Position

Greenway is seeking a Parts Sales employee to support customers and Parts Department operations. The role sells and records products and services to meet customer needs, helps maintain merchandise displays, verifies incoming shipments, supports Machine Down and stock orders, and maintains the parts warehouse. The position includes participation in job-related training and development. Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
• Capability to put up stock orders.

Responsibilities

• Sell and record products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verify the receipting-in of shipments.
• Assist with placing Machine Down orders and provide input to the inventory analyst on stock orders.
• Participate in job-related training and development.
• Maintain the parts warehouse, including stocking parts.
