About The Position

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to travel the same day up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends using industry digital tools and resources, and provide informed recommendations.
• Use integrated business systems and digital tools, including computer functions for inventory management, invoicing, and customer inquiries, to support accurate and efficient operations.
