About The Position

Advantage Truck Company is seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join their Parts team. The Parts Problem-Solver will act as a vital link between customers, service technicians, and essential heavy-duty truck parts. This fast-paced role involves managing inquiries, identifying and sourcing parts using digital catalogs, coordinating the sales process from order entry to invoicing, and supporting the service team by ensuring timely parts delivery to minimize truck downtime.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid state Driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physical duties: Regularly lift up to 50 pounds (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance); ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day.
  • All Candidates must pass a criminal background check, MVR check and Pre-employment Lift Test.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage phone and in-person inquiries, ensuring every customer feels heard and assisted.
  • Learn to use advanced digital catalogs and systems to accurately identify and source the exact parts needed.
  • Efficiently handle the entire sales process, including look-up, order entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with the service team, ensuring the necessary parts are delivered quickly to minimize truck downtime.
