About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join their team. In this role, you will be the go-to parts expert for customers maintaining and repairing class 7 & 8 diesel trucks. You will actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide recommendations using product literature, specialized software, and your growing knowledge of parts and diesel trucks. The role requires translating technical details into actionable parts support to build trust and lasting relationships with clients. Requirements

Minimum of two years of verifiable heavy duty truck parts counter experience.
Experience in a customer-service oriented role.
Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
Self-motivation and assertive drive.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
Above-average organizational skills.
